觉得tls能够到4.00，就赌那个report，提前埋伏。

tls的分红一向不错，去年28cents，100% francked；另外，政府的那个高速网络计划，因当非telstra莫属，一块大饼先挂在天上。telstra的年度report应当好过预期。

csl也应当好过预期。

指数狂飙，都是银行、bhp、rio领军，2nd tier的股票明显涨幅不够，csl还降，目前指数有点停顿，2nd tier的股票应当补涨。
