380A$0.78 per share (the price at which shares were issued under the institutional placement conducted on 26 June 2009); and
a 5 per cent discount to the volume weighted average price of ROC shares traded on the ASX during the five trading days up to, and including, the day on which the Share Purchase Plan Offer is scheduled to close.
