买房-好地方的烂房子还是烂地方的好房子？

讨论这个问题的前提是，你的钱有一定的限度，只能两者选一。对于那种随便一指，就可以买下任何好地方的好房子的人，没有意义。

对于那种只能随便在最便宜的地方买下一个可以称之为房子的人，也没有意义。

排除这两种人，就是大多数人了，有选择，但是，quite a difficult choice。你选哪个？

最近我听来一个真实的case，是俺娘的朋友的故事。

这家人有一个老爹，一对夫妇，一个or两个孩子，他们本来住的房子是个大house，占地一千多平方米。在一个普通中下的社区，离城三十多公里，山区。要命的是，离火车站还要走路四十分钟才到。

所以，家中老小全都无法出门。

他们决定卖了这个相当大但是也是相当不方便的房子，在临近区买一个靠近火车站的房子。

可以理解。

但是，他们买的房子，却让俺着实吃了一惊。他们买了一个更差地区的，更加巨大的房子！

崭新的两层楼，六个睡房，三个大厅，四个厕所卫生间，一个大游泳池，还带围墙。这个房子，比原来的房子内部大很多，但是，土地却反而小了不少，七百多平方米。当然，也离城三十多公里，也是山区，就在原来的隔壁社区。

银行估价比他们的offer买价低整整十三万！

我问俺娘，他们知道不知道低这么多？

知道。

那为什么还买？

他们就喜欢这个大新房子，这个房子是那个区里最大最豪的house。

这个房子中期近期不升值，他们明白吗？

明白。不过，人家自己住，他们就喜欢这个房子。

俺无语。的确人家是自己住，不是投资。但是，住在一个烂地方的“豪宅”里，是不是那么爽呢？

这大概就是新移民的梦吧！大房子大地，是不是还有别的，人家不care。

俺娘问俺，要不要跟她一起去参观一下“豪宅”？

俺只好直言相告：对不起，没有兴趣。因为闭着眼睛都能想象出来这种project house是什么样子。

俺喜欢好地方的烂房子。
