悉尼租房请教

要去悉尼工作，想找一个1 bedroom apartment。要求半小时以内能坐地铁/火车到市中心，附近有购物中心，治安好的西人区。大家可以帮忙推荐一些区吗，大致什么价位？

从来没在悉尼住过，所以只好上网求教啦。谢谢。
