面试前考官问:这孩子机灵吗?

我一侄女去年澳洲研究生毕业,正找工作.
我一朋友在一大公司任部门经理.
她告诉我的,公司有空位要招人,于是我就推荐了我侄女.

没想到,人家先问:这孩子机灵吗?
接着问:能吃苦吗?

我就纳闷了,这研究生毕业不就是机灵加吃苦才得来的吗?

错!

人家的机灵是有无眉眼高低.
人家的吃苦是否能委曲求全.

结果俺侄女的简历一递,人家认为不机灵,也不吃苦.

一. 一路都在读书,没啥课外业余活动
二. 一路都在读书,没啥课外打工经历.

所以,我们使劲让孩子学习时,多想想咋让孩子们吃点苦来,机灵起来更实用.
