小P,那个３０％－５０％的买车退税

The key dates are 13 December 2008 to 31 December 2009 (50%) and 13 December 2008 to 30 June 2009 (30%).

If the car was bought in Sep 2008, it is not qualified for the above tax break. Do you know what rate of deduction applies for this car?
