谁是SQL Query performance tuning 高手？偶来请教啦

有什么比较好的工具软件、书籍么？俺需要仔细研究一堆Query的性能，这些Query都需要查询大概10万条记录，大致有7、8个这么大的表。目前得到结果需要太长时间，我需要想办法将时间缩短到可以接受的程度……

1。除了已经有的index我不可以新建index。
2。不能改变已有的表的结构
