有谁想在epping买unit的？我们一起来研究一下。

以前听人说房子的买价可参照它的出租价，约为出租价的10倍。现在epping最便宜的两室小unit都上40万了，也就75左右平方米的室内面积，看着象有40年的历史了，出租怎么也上不了400每周吧，撑死了370。为什么买价就谈不下来呢？都是政府补助给闹的？
