请问澳洲哪种信用卡在海外购物时不收commission fee?

用过commonwealth的visa卡和美国运通卡，每笔海外交易（也就是用外币结算的）都要收取额外的commission fee,数额还不小，好像是2-3%左右。觉得很烦人。
