经什么济危机呀

今天开会，
大老板一上台就很开心地说拿了联邦政府好多钱，
告诉了我们具体打算怎么花后，
更加开心地说要招多少多少人，要多少多少PERMANENT...

我们那实在是感觉不到经济危机。。。
大家都忙着花钱，，，
