Rents to soar as housing crisis worsens?

基本上我不相信这里声称的悉尼今年只有7300套房屋在兴建的说法，据我的观察，光Manly Vale一处就有至少200套apartment今年底交付。

此外，Pacific Hwy从Killara到Horn*****y一线无数apartment在建造。至少500套以上。
