如果CONTRACT EXCHANGE了，
SETTLEMENT的时候能把买主的名字删一个吗？
情况是，当时买的时候两个人，
现在只想一个人买，
因为第二个人买再买一套拿政府的FIRST HOME BUYER GRANT.
