知道了。这个REBATE跟收入多少有关系吗？

我现在是没有补贴，自己付全费的，是不是可以到时候拿回一半？以前没太注意，退多少拿多少。现在孩子FULL-TIME上学了，不是个小数目，所以想知道清楚，好做预算。
