片大师，上次说的west pennant hills 新区的房子，1.5M+左右的有跌到1M左右。Up North shore 的房子也在跌。

以您的经练，在现在的大趋四下，e.g. 房子跌， 股市跌， super缩水， 失业上升 ... 我是否能梦想等一段时间花800k买现在1M的房子？会等多久？
