房子的问题，悉尼的进来瞅瞅。

有人了解DUNDAS VALLEY, DUNDAS这一带么，奇怪的是比如dundas valley跟eastwood也就隔了一条主路，房价简直就是天壤之别。估计同样的房子差了15万-20万。开车不用2分钟的。有人知道为什么？
