using Excel 2007? i need a help.

i had been using Excel 2003 all the time, now the software has been upgraded to 2007 version.

My problem is : i have a whole set of spreadsheets created before with 2003 version. and they have lots of formula and micros. but when i open them up on Version 2007. all of them stop working? can anybody tell me how to solve this problem?? any setting?? compatible problem??
