stamp duty是在你转代时候增加贷款的时候才要给。。你之前给过的贷款印花税不会double duty..

如果同一家银行，合同到期后，没什么费用，转利息产品和物业的按揭债权是没有关系的

如果转代。。影响到按揭，那就要付点手续费了
