，认为在悉尼买投资房现在不是好实际。

我昨天看了几个帖子，都是讨论房地产的，所以才具体计算一下，拿给大家分析。

估计手里有几套投资房的人都是买的比较早，所以还有持有的意义。

我猜昨天发帖子的是不是房地产的中介尼？（小人一下）
