诚意请教关于去 Griffith university 工作的事

兄弟姐妹们好：
本人有个机会去Griffith 大学去做博士后，生物方面的，还没有具体谈待遇，想知道那里的工资水平如何，如果拖家带口（4口）过去，平均一年基本消费要多少， 没工作的人医疗保险怎么解决？那里是否是个生活的好地方？另外，我目前人在加拿大，不知道澳洲到底好不好，有点儿犹豫
