Which company you like to work for in this economy crisis?

The one who reduce ppl's pay rise to make sure the company not sacking ppl, who're doing their jobs ok. Maybe not as good as ppl who get pay rise, but they are doing their jobs.

Or the one who give big pay rise on one hand and sack ppl relentlessly on the other hand?
