不得不佩服某些人的想法和眼光。。6个月多前

一个女童鞋在campsie买了个2 br unit..21万6。。。

昨天她打给我说，卖了。。。卖了29万。。。

真是让人嫉妒得牙痒。。。

其实也对，21万买个能亏到哪。。怎么也能租个260-280。。

买她房子的。。觉得自己买的还是20几万的房子，完全能接受，贷款供款真不多。。

但是Y呢。。6个月就赚了7-8万。。还不用上税。。。
