有么有什么办法拯救Mont Blanc笔芯

女朋友送的一支Mont Blanc圆珠笔，我们做IT的，平时根本就没机会用笔，昨天晚上拿出来写字，竟然写不出来了。

有没有什么办法修好，省得去买refill了(yeah they are cheap, I know)。
