Help: fastest route from Hornsby to Botany

need to drive to work from Horn*****y to Botany? Which one is the fastest way during peak hour:
1.Pacific Hwy-Harbour tunnel-Eastern Distributor
2.Pacific Hwy-No.3-No.5?

Dont worry about the toll since can get reimbursed.
