假设两年的情况一样，CCB 是 31%（即你出69，政府帮你出31，一共100）， childcare 的总支出在扣税以前是10000。

按现行政策，30% 退税，你的退税额是：
（10000-3100）*30%=2070
每年你从口袋里掏出的费用是：10000-3100-2070=4830

按工党政策，50%退税， 你的退税额是：
（10000-3100）*50%=3450
每年你从口袋里掏出的费用是：10000-3100-3450=3450

每年少出的费用是：4830-3450=1380
