You’re usually allowed to bring:
- Packaged, commercially processed foods (snacks, cookies, canned goods)
- Dry foods (chips, cereal, pasta)
- Sealed beverages and snacks
- Baby food and formula (for personal use)
Aruba has agricultural and customs laws to protect local crops and animals, so you generally cannot bring:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Meat, poultry, and dairy products (including from the U.S.)
- Seeds, plants, nuts in shell
- Soil or live animals
- Some homemade foods (like fresh baked goods with dairy or meat)
