Brook， creek 特指溪流， stream 不是的。 也可能是你认为的 "一般", 并不是美国人和字典中的 "一般 "，要看谈话内容， 可指 a large body of running water or small ones, depending on the context,范围比较广，正适合此处画卷的内涵.
