两点考虑：

1） Journey through。。。若当成名词就不如 A Journey through 。。 （or into） 来得顺口亲切。

2） Journey through。。。若当成动词理解，作为 title 不一定很合适，得用它的动名词，但这个词加 ing 又有点拗口。另举一例： Trekking in the West   若用 Trek in the West 就不太合适。

所以，有些人选择 A Journey。。。。  并不是说去掉 A 就一定是错误的。

还有一条原则就是 Title 简单一点比较好， 考虑到这一点， 把它当成 A Journey 来理解也可以。
