李铁军：艺术家要找到自己的那个爆发

万：作为馆长、策展人、艺术家您是怎样来鉴定您的身份的呢？您怎么看中国的当代艺术？
李：三者是互动的关系。作为策展人，可以正确解读艺术家的作品，作为艺术家也是有了策展人的经验才可以正确的开创作品，可以把握艺术语言的衡准性。作为馆 长有前两者的经验，就是完全可以站在一个国际的专业高度上,在一个非线性的状态下工作和把握，是没任何压力的自由的变化的。
中国的当代艺术是时代的艺术，是整个文化发展必然产生的一个过程。文化有文化他自己的脉络。但是像这个过程他是有起有落的，是很自然的一个过程。当然他跟 经济政治是有很大关系的。当代艺术在发展，但经济的变化，经济出现问题是必然的，不可能永远是这样，只有出现问题才能向另外一个方向转向。当代艺术是在发 展中的，他是一个客观必然的艺术发展过程。
万：现在流传说“中国没有自己的当代艺术，中国的当代艺术就是美国当代艺术。“您怎么看待这个说法？
李：怎么说呢？我不反对也可说反对，我不反对的原因是他能够看得出很多模仿的痕迹，但在中国当代艺术家的作品中确实有很多的这种痕迹，我作为策展人也一直在等待那种真正开创性作品的出现。我反对这个说法那就是他只停留在一种样式的比较上，而缺少更深层的思考，文化现象是某个国家及政体意识形态的结果，是一个大文化背景下的产物。我认为艺术应该是像毕加索、杜尚、波衣斯那样去开创。毕加索创造出了视觉艺术四维空间，他不但理解了艺术本身就是虚构的事实。那为什么不能画背面画立体的东西了画知道的呢，但你知道他画了一个现今看来简单的四维空间后，人们自由到了八维空间表现。有谁给你规定人类艺术是要这样呢？我觉得艺术应该是自由的，有开创性的去实验。
万：我看过您的作品，您的作品以黑白为主？您怎么界定这种色彩呢？
李：黑白本身就是颜色的，在人生的不同阶段有不同的认识和感觉，我也是去年才意识到黑色是自己喜欢的一个颜色，也觉得它是现在这个社会的颜色。我自己觉得很真实。
黑白是我真实的颜色，是在这个年龄我真正看到了什么?我的心灵触动了什么?我时常问自己，这就是我今天的颜色。以前感觉自己很麻木，眼睛看不到东西，眼睛只是在看路，但是在今年却不同，今年让我看到了花，看到了春天。感觉他们每一天都在变，我就很激动画了一幅又一幅，我表达的是当下，是我在这个年龄这个时刻我看到了什么东西，并不是我想好了什么东西要以什么形式去表达出来，我缺少设计也不喜欢。
万：您觉得一个艺术家要怎样去找到自己的那个爆发点，怎样才可以真正找到自己的位置状态呢？
李：我觉得就是走向自我。艺术家就是各种样式都可以看到，模仿写实的都有，一个成熟的艺术家应该是要走向自我，就是要走向你自己，但这不是麻木的去做或把自己麻木了。从学术角度去说就是首先你要了解这个领域里的事，什么有过了，有过并不是要你排斥他，而是怎样利用它，了解规律，就像飞机要到那个大气层才可以平稳。人类思想不断的去修炼到另一个高度时，就会碰撞的。那时可能别人发现过的东西你也发现了，但这些东西都不是问题，这是一个必然的关系。世界上很多大师都对盒子这个题材有过表现，据我分析它们是哲学问题的思考，这里有人类潜意识中对神秘的破解欲的哲学观，人类的多种欲望都在一个没有方位地盒子里。这是你在思考进步时的碰撞，同样的一问题只要你去思考，就会发现有一些相同自己的东西，当你认识到了就会发现一些很有灵性的东西，特别是东方文化体系中奇妙的东西，我们通过这种训练之后是能感受到的，你认识之后用自己的心去画，我感觉是即使没画好你也是很感人的。以前我老师（耿起峰）教我水墨画鱼，他就说你这一笔出去不是那条鱼本身但你的笔是活的。就是你去用心出来的这痕迹本身就是有生命力的，画面并不是描摹的，画家不是只充当一种劳动工人的作用。
万：我在网上看到您的独特的弹奏钢琴的方式，这是您专门学的吗？您觉得您的音乐和您的绘画艺术是一个什么样的关系。
李：这个可怎么解释？（笑）它们是一脉相承的，音乐也是一样，音乐不是在弹歌，不是在于你键盘的准确而是一种情感的体现，和我画画一样的。我画花好多的花枝怎么长的我都不知道，但你却可以感受到那就是很美的花，是一种情感的诠释。我在弹奏的时候手完全是飘在上面的，中国讲抚琴，是一种境界吧。我也正在把我的音乐做成我的装置作品，我的音乐我的钢琴就是我的最新“雾”的创作。我觉得我喜欢把做钢琴、绘画、写诗等等掺和到一起来成为另外种艺术。
万：我觉得您真的是一个纯粹的“立体派解构主义者”您觉得宋庄有没有让您很欣赏的画家？
李：当然有很多不错的画家，我觉得判断一个艺术家就是要看他对艺术的理解，将自身的天赋
投入到专业层面创作中。
