Required Coverage Standards
To comply with the new Argentine entry requirements, your insurance policy must be valid for the entire duration of your stay and include the following minimum coverage:
- Medical and hospital care: Minimum coverage of at least USD $20,000 for accidents or illnesses.
- 24/7 emergency assistance: Access to a 24-hour assistance line.
- Medical evacuation or repatriation: Coverage for emergency medical transportation or in the event of death.
- COVID-19 treatment: Services related to coronavirus, including hospitalization.
