this journal is less than 1. To my knolwdge, many biomedical researchers do not read papers in this type of journals. If one tries hard enough, one can always find conflict results from published papers. Many people, including myself, do not quiet trust the results from journals whose IF smaller than 2. Just my 2 cents.
