LSE早就说了论文应该送伦敦大学Senate House图书馆。而且记录显示该图书馆收到过

All degrees from that period were awarded via the University of London and the thesis would have been sent first to their Senate House Library.   

The Senate House Library records confirm that a copy was received and sent by them to the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS).
