LSE的声明里面明明说了，蔡的论文在上面出版物里面有Index， 就是说有这么一篇论文

下面这句英文选自LSE 2019年19月8日的声明：

There is a listing of Dr Tsai’s thesis ‘Unfair trade practices and safeguard actions’ in the IALS index document “Legal Research in the United Kingdom 1905-1984”, which was published in 1985.
