This "judicial" decision will never stand up, and it is obviously nakedly political. Lawyers are not required to "verify" the statements in an affadavit - how could they possibly ever do so? People are well aware that they sign affadavits under penalty of perjury, and that is the mechanism by which allegations in affadavits are controlled. The notion that lawyers must go beyond that and independently verify each and every fact alleged is horrific judging, and this will obviously be overturned on appeal.
