说明奥巴judge滥用职权

Your headline should read "Obama judge uses judicial process to attempt to punish attorneys who questioned Biden's win, whose allegations were based on far more evidence than all the lawsuits filed against Trump"

This "judicial" decision will never stand up, and it is obviously nakedly political. Lawyers are not required to "verify" the statements in an affadavit - how could they possibly ever do so? People are well aware that they sign affadavits under penalty of perjury, and that is the mechanism by which allegations in affadavits are controlled. The notion that lawyers must go beyond that and independently verify each and every fact alleged is horrific judging, and this will obviously be overturned on appeal.
