我发现工作量增大有两个原因：

1. Some of the routine disappeared, we have to deal with vast amount of uncertainties and interruptions 

2. wfh isn't effective at all, we are on the conference call constantly, - something could be done in 5 minutes in the office would take an hour over the phone

other issues IT, Wi-fi connection...
