US constitution is the oldest in the world today

UK doesn't have a written constitution.

All the major countries in the world recreated constitutions after the WWII, some after independences, some after reunifications, some after regime changes.

This explains why our constitution is full of holes, is like shining armour held together by shoestrings clunking in the wind.
