the court did not even consider the constitutional claim on its merits. It threw out the case on procedural grounds—grounds that were transparently BS.
Why? The PA court was scared to consider the case on its merits because it KNEW that it would have to find for Trump.
The judges, who are elected Democrats, do not want to be held responsible for denying Biden a set of electors. They are kicking the can down the road so that someone else can be responsible for that.
They know perfectly well what is coming once SCOTUS takes up the case.
this was a separate lawsuit that the GOP state candidates filed showing mass fraud regarding their case. It is separate from President Trump case but it would have help the cause. Lower court judge agreed that there was fraud but the PA supreme court stopped her. PA supreme court already dismissed President Trump's that is why his case is going to SOTUS already.
This is the legal war which will be won,God willing, at SOTUS. We still have the legislative war where Senator Mastriano is leading the charge. Since Republicans control both Senate and lower house they can constitutional send 20 electors for Trump. In summary he can still win PA by SOTUS and the state legislature.
