Use past tense

The recruiter is interested in what you have accomplished.

If you want to emphasize what you are doing right now, ask yourself why.

You don't want to distract the reader with mixed tenses.  You want him to focus on what you did.

So, say: "performed", not "perform" or "performs".  Present tense enlarges the picture, making you look small.  Third person singular makes you sound like a narcissist needing a cover.
