中国外交部说孟被抓加拿大没有及时通知中国原来是说谎呀！这么做很不好吧？

当初加拿大就是说第一时间通知了中方。所以习大大在和川普谈判之前就知道孟被抓了，反而是川普不知情。 

然后中国外交部指责加拿大迟迟没有通知中方。 当时想，加拿大和中国这两个到底是谁在说谎。

之后加拿大再次声明，的确按规定第一时间书面通知了中方。 不过粉红已经不管这些了.

bloomberg的新闻也有的： China’s consulate general in Vancouver “was notified of Ms. Meng’s detention on Dec. 1, the same day that the detention took place,” Philip Hannan, a spokesman for the country’s foreign ministry, said in a written statement Monday. “Consular access was provided later that day. China’s Ambassador in Ottawa was also in contact with Canadian officials later that same day to discuss the situation.”

加方外交部今日对外宣称，加方以书面的形式在12月1日通知了中共国住渥太华大使馆，同日下午，中共大使亲自与加方商谈孟被捕一事。
