I read the Washington Examiner article. From my interpretation, this is 1) temporary and 2) both parties must respond to the Court on Monday.
My take; this is just the first of sabre rattling.
I’m not going to let it my ruin life and the world has not ended.
I expect that VSGPDJT will win this eventually.
