大使所说2011年类似案件，警察被认定渎职。---- 看看有多类似。

当时一个女孩在街上和朋友聊天，她背对着街道，没看到警察巡逻车，所以没有及时让路。警察停下车把她带到车上拉到郊外放了。

法官的判决是，警察有权将扰乱公共秩序的人拉走。但这起案件中的女孩对公共秩序没有直接即时的扰乱。而且扔下时对方独身一人，没有手机没有钱。所以判警察渎职。

事后警方认为该警察过错不大，没有开除他。而他本人号称要上诉。当然没有什么道歉之类。

这个案子和曾家的不同之处是，曾家在路边哭闹，还给警察录像叫喊杀人了。而那个女孩没有闹，更没有冲警察喊叫。

下面是关于警察在何种情况下可以将人弄走的法规。简单地说就是你扰乱公共秩序了。

So says section 13 of the Police Act

     If, through its conduct, the public order disturbs or pose an immediate danger to it, a police may, when necessary for the order to be enforced, reject or remove him from a particular area or space. The same applies if such a measure is necessary for the removal of a criminal offense.     

     If a measure referred to in the first paragraph is insufficient to achieve the intended result, the person may be temporarily disposed of.
