No one can give him an explanation

Except himself.  He should give an explanation.  Although, this man utterly lacks credibility.  

 

Don't forget -- he was quick to come out to deny statements from his former associates (Omarosa Manigault-Newman, for example).  Yet, for some reason, he and his administration chose to not deny this one.
