So Trump attempts to walk what he said at yesterday's disasterous press conference by claiming he meant to say I don't see any reason why it "wouldn't" be Russia behind the 2016 election meddling instead of "would".

This just in: Trump now claims that when he said that Putin was "extremely strong" in his denial of Russian interference in the 2016 election he meant to say that Putin was "extremely wrong."

Update: Trump claims that when he referred to the Mueller investigation as a witch hunt he meant to say "rich" hunt, and that when he has referred to himself as a "stable genius" he meant to say "unstable" genius. 

Updated update: Trump claims that when he has referred to negative stories about him as "fake news" he meant "great news."

Glad he cleared that up. I feel much better already. Six more years
