《华尔街日报》透露，川普政府认为对中强硬策略已开始奏效，正在讨论是否对中国投资永久设限并实行新的关税

白宫高层官员表示，特朗普政府认为对美中贸易关系的强硬策略开始奏效，正准备加强对中方施压。《华尔街日报》报道说，透露上述消息的官员称，特朗普政府正在讨论是否要永久性限制中国在美投资并实行新的关税，即便中国改变其工业政策。

 

美国贸易代表不久将公布对规模1000亿美元的中国进口商品课征25%关税的产品清单。为了使美国消费者所受冲击降至最低，减少国内批评，特朗普政府最初的500亿美元产品加征关税计划并未包括一些消费性商品，如服装、移动电话、鞋类等；但贸易专家指出，美国扩大加征关税范围后，消费性商品也无可避免将被纳入课税清单。

同时，美国财政部正在研拟禁止中国投资美国的先进科技，包括并购、合资、授权以及任何协议。财政部预定6月初提出计划。

WASHINGTON—The Trump White House, confident that its hard-line strategy is succeeding, is planning to ratchet up the pressure on China by focusing on new tariffs and threatening to block Chinese technology investment in the U.S., according to officials familiar with the strategy.
