that is what is happening to my son. JUST DROP THE COURSE b4 it is 2 LATE! No way a chinese in the US can win a AA teacher in any case of racial discrimination. If the student is a really tough one and is ready to fight, GO! Otherwise, simply learn a lesson and drop the course. If he/she got a F, it will ruin him/her badly in the next step job hunting. US is the place where one needs to  讲法, but not the place to 讲理. If the student wants to 讲法, then he needs all evidence and the efforts to fight.
