苹果公司和富士康确认有在校学生在位于中国的工厂超时工作，违反了当地劳动法

智能手机制造商苹果公司和其最大的供应商富士康周三表示，它们发现一些学生在富士康位于中国的工厂内超时工作，违反了当地的劳动法。

 

富士康公司确认，作为一项学校实习项目的一部分，这些学生“自愿”在富士康运营的工厂中每天工作11个小时。

 

苹果公司在一份声明中说：“我们发现有学生实习生在一个供应商位于中国的工厂内超时工作的情况。我们已经确认，这些学生是自愿工作，并且得到了报酬和福利，但是他们不应获得允许超时工作。”

 

苹果公司表示，当得知有学生超时工作后，该公司“迅速采取了行动”。

 

这起事件正值苹果公司加紧步伐以满足市场对于新款苹果X手机的需求之时。

 

据《金融时报》报道，6名高中生说他们在郑州一家工厂中组装苹果公司的旗舰产品“苹果X”（iphone X）手机。他们说有3000名来自郑州城轨交通学校（Zhengzhou Urban Rail Transit School）的学生在9月份被送到富士康在当地的工厂中工作。报道还说，这些学生们表示他们被告知必须完成三个月的工厂实习才能毕业。
