Conservative comedian Gavin McInnes is PEPPER-SPRAYED outside NYU as violent student protesters throw punches and clash with police ahead of his performance

• Comedian Gavin McInnes was supposed to speak to NYU College Republicans
• An event page on Facebook was called 'Disrupt Gavin McInnes at NYU'
• McInnes was pepper-sprayed ahead of going inside of the building
• People in the crowd shouted over McInnes during his appearance
• He reportedly left the building 20 minutes after taking the podium
• There were five arrests at the event, it's been reported
