Obama commutes 330 drug sentences on his last full day as president

• Obama brought his total number of commutations granted to 1,715, more than any other president in U.S. history
• Has also ordered free 568 inmates who'd been sentenced to life in prison
• Prominent offenders who had sought clemency and were NOT given it include Bowe Bergdahl, Rod Blagojevich and Edward Snowden
