5个月的娃每天凌晨4，5点醒来吃奶就不愿意睡了。放下去自己折腾1个多小时才又睡回去。

已经持续2周了。小娃出生以来睡觉就很好。6周开始就自己一个房间了，吃完奶放下自己咿咿呀呀就睡了。现在反倒严重倒退，要翻来覆去折腾1个多小时才肯睡回去。以前大娃夜里醒来吃完就睡，并没有她这种情况。

白天还有2岁多的叛逆大娃要带。快吃不消了。谁来告诉我，这种现象只是一个phase吗？多久以后才会好？
