British accounts for more than 30% of world GDP after industrial revolution. It accounts for almost 40% of worldwide output at Victoria time (1842-1900?). US already accounts for 10-15%%. 清国经济总量 was only about 9% or less of worldwide GDP. Not mentioning Germany and Russia almost equivalent or greater than 清国经济总量.
